Refund Policy

All refunds must be requested and submitted within seven (7) days of purchase (“Transaction Date”). Any requests receive after seven (7) working days from the Transaction Date will not be entertained by ezrenew-ssm.

Ezrenew-ssm will only provide a refund under the following scenario(s):

(a) Failed transaction or double payment for the same document within seven (7) days;

(b) Wrong image supplied or document is unavailable at system; and

(c) System error.

Ezrenew-ssm will process the refund only if it receives all the required and complete information.

The refund process will take within thirty (30) working days. Ezrenew-ssm shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of the refund process.
